J. Luis Rodriguez is an assistant professor of international security and law at George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government. His research focuses on the interests and lawmaking strategies of the Global South in global security governance, focusing on humanitarian, nuclear, and emerging technology governance. Dr. Rodriguez holds a PhD in political science from Johns Hopkins University. He was a Stanton Nuclear Security Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University’s Center for International Security and Cooperation.
