Kessarin Horvath is an associate director for the Critical Minerals Security Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Prior to joining CSIS, she worked as a program manager at Chemonics International, where she supported the programmatic operations of global health projects in Tanzania, Liberia, and Nigeria. Before that, Kessarin served as a senior communications specialist at the Georgia State Senate Press Office. She graduated with a BA in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.
