Taylar Rajic is an associate fellow for the Strategic Technologies Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). She provides research and support on a range of topics including cybersecurity issues and military use of emerging technologies in conflict zones. Prior to joining CSIS, she received an MA in international peace and conflict resolution from American University and a BA in political science and Russian from the University of Melbourne. Originally from Australia, she is also proficient in Russian and Croatian.
