Strategic Technologies Program

The CSIS Strategic Technologies Program conducts research on the social, economic, and security challenges created by disruptive technologies to inform effective policy.
The CSIS Strategic Technologies Program provides pragmatic, data-driven analysis and recommendations on cybersecurity, privacy and surveillance, technology and innovation, and internet governance, written for a global audience. Our projects explore the challenges of digital technologies and how these technologies are reshaping the global economy and society. We bring together technologists, policymakers, civil society, and business leaders from around the world to identify global policy solutions to the social, economic and security challenges created by disruptive technologies.
