Chris Borges

Chris Borges is a program manager and associate fellow with the Economics Program and Scholl Chair in International Business at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Previously, he worked as a product manager in the healthcare tech industry and held internships at K2 Integrity, a financial crime investigations firm, and Tech Talent Project, a government advocacy organization. He earned an MA in international science and technology policy from George Washington University and a BA in psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He has studied and worked in Germany, Spain, Mexico, and Costa Rica, and he speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
