Bhawna Prakash
Bhawna Prakash is a senior fellow with the Chair on India and Emerging Asia Economics at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). She has eighteen years of experience assisting government, philanthropic, and private sector clients to design and implement development projects. Her expertise includes strategy, policy, program design, business models, finance, partnerships, and program implementation in water, wastewater, sanitation, infrastructure, and cities. She previously held leadership roles with the Government & Public Sector practice at Ernst & Young in India and worked with McKinsey and Tata Consultancy Services. Bhawna earned her MPA from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She received her graduate degree with honors in commerce from Delhi University and professionally qualified as a chartered accountant in India.
