Please join the CSIS International Security Program for a discussion with the Strategic Capabilities Office Director, Dr. William Roper on challenges and opportunities for defense policy presented by new technological innovations. Dr. Roper will provide his assessment of how 21st century patterns of innovation will diverge from previous experiences and the associated implications for the Department of Defense.
