This is the full English translation of the Netherlands' updated export control regulations for advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The regulations specify which types of equipment now require a license to be legally exported from the Netherlands, based on specific technology usage or performance thresholds.

The update clarifies the legislative basis for the original regulations and revises the appendix to enhance precision and incorporate the latest technical insights.
