Caitlin Noe is a program coordinator for the Global Health Policy Center at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where she supports the pandemic preparedness and response portfolio. She joined the Global Health Policy Center as an intern before starting full time in December 2024. Prior to joining CSIS, she interned at a human rights commission in Argentina, studied the impact of Chinese-funded international development projects at the AidData think tank, and interned at the National Criminal Justice Association. She graduated magna cum laude from the College of William and Mary in 2024 with a BA in government and Hispanic studies.
