At the request of Secretary Chris Wright, the National Petroleum Council (NPC) has released “Bottleneck to Breakthrough: A Permitting Blueprint to Build,” an innovative report that addresses permitting delays that slow progress towards affordable, reliable energy and proposes reforms for the federal government to undertake.
