Registration for this event has closed.
Please join the CSIS Project on Nuclear Issues (PONI) on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 9:30 am ET, for the launch of its report, Project Atom 2024. Attendance for the full day is not required.
The report uses a competitive strategies approach to explore challenges associated with intrawar deterrence and consists of five alternative strategies for responding to strategic deterrence failure. Join PONI to explore the authors' findings regarding strategic objectives and response options in the event of deterrence failure, alliance management in a deterrence failure scenario, and how the United States can better prepare for such a scenario.
This will be a hybrid event hosted at CSIS and livestreamed from this webpage, with the opportunity for in person and online viewers to submit live questions. In-person attendance will be limited; please RSVP to secure a spot. An agenda is forthcoming.
This event is made possible by the support of the Northrop Grumman Corporation.
