
Khasai Makhulo is the research assistant for the Africa Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. She graduated from Middlebury College with a BA in global gender and sexuality studies and African studies. Her research interests include the intersections of gender and power, youth movements, and the importance of storytelling in capturing the embodied experiences of Africans.
