Kristopher Card is the help desk manager at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). In this role, he is responsible for the successful day-to-day management of the help desk; CSIS systems; and training, supporting, and leading the IT team. He also works with relevant staff to identify, develop, manage, and maintain the technology systems and processes across the organization to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and provide additional enterprise technology tools. He joined CSIS in 2013.
