Shawn Fok is a senior multimedia producer in the iDeas Lab at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). He specializes in using animation and data visualization-focused storytelling to highlight the research projects of CSIS experts. Before joining CSIS, Shawn worked as a digital content producer at Radio Free Asia, where his work covered China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan’s politics. He holds an MA in journalism from the University of South Florida, a BA in graphic communication from Birmingham City University, and certification in full-stack web development from George Washington University. He joined CSIS in May 2022.
