Suzanne White

Suzanne White has over 30 years of experience in government and industry, including 15 years at the most senior levels of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). She served as the deputy director of DIA from 2018 to 2024, managing more than 16,500 employees in over 140 locations worldwide. Ms. White was deputy to three DIA directors, through two major reorganizations, throughout the pandemic, and during the crises in Afghanistan, Ukraine, and Israel. She directed the allocation of several billion dollars annually and drove analyses of the fiscal and operational environments to support DIA’s shift in focus from counterterrorism toward Asia. Ms. White also served as DIA’s chief of staff and chief financial officer, exercising a complex range of responsibilities to ensure the timely satisfaction of DIA’s current requirements while developing the strategies and processes to meet future requirements. She was the director of the multibillion-dollar Military Intelligence Program for the under secretary of defense for intelligence and worked at the Office of Management and Budget, where she oversaw the budgets for several intelligence and Department of Defense programs, notably during the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks. Ms. White’s industry service included roles at General Dynamics Corporation and Banque Nationale de Paris. Ms. White received her degrees from Johns Hopkins University and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. She is the recipient of the Presidential Rank Award, the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Civilian Service, and the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal.
