Cyber Incident Reporting in the Communications Sector
Brought to you by
Under the Biden Administration’s National Cybersecurity Strategy and the newly proposed incident reporting rules for the Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act (CIRCIA), the world is entering an era of formal incident reporting and information sharing. Join CSIS for a discussion on how private sector efforts can strengthen incident awareness and response in the IT and communications sectors as the CIRCIA era begins.
The discussion will include a fireside chat with the Executive Assistant Director for Cybersecurity at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Eric Goldstein, who will then join an expert panel including Vice-Chair of the Communications Sector Coordinating Council Kathryn Condello and Global Director of Verizon's Threat Research Advisory Center Chris Novak, moderated by CSIS Senior Nonresident Fellow and Partner at Wilkinson Barker Knauer LLP Clete Johnson.
This event is made possible through general support to CSIS.
