Erin Delany

Erin Delany is a learning and development associate with the Abshire-Inamori Leadership Academy (AILA) at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). In her role, she supports the creation and execution of programs that provide rising global leaders with development opportunities in foreign policy. She joined CSIS in January of 2023, bringing with her an array of experience in executive education, digital learning, and government relations. Prior to her time at CSIS, she managed the digital education portfolio at Chief Executives Organization, a graduate affiliate of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Erin graduated with highest honors from Scripps College in Claremont, California, with a BA in humanities and interdisciplinary studies in culture and a minor in Spanish and Latin American languages and cultures. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
