Jake E. Jennings is the chair of the Americas, Trade, and Technology practice at Basilinna. He is a seasoned government affairs leader with over three decades of experience with expertise in global trade, supply chain policy, and international markets. His career spans both the public and private sectors, including leadership roles at AT&T and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). At AT&T, Jake led engagement with United States government agencies on global technology policy issues, including national security as well as trade commitments in USMCA and Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreements. He also spearheaded AT&T's market entry strategies in the Asia-Pacific region. During his time at the FCC, Jake provided analysis on communications industry issues and represented the agency in international forums. His experience includes forecasting legislative and public policy risks, securing government approvals, and promoting pro-competitive policies. Jake holds an MA in economics and serves on various boards, including treasurer of the Coalition of Services Industries.
