Olivia is a program manager with the Economics Program and Scholl Chair in International Business at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Before joining CSIS, she worked as a junior policy analyst at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Trade and Agriculture Directorate, doing research at the intersection of trade, agriculture, and sustainability. Olivia also completed a Boren Scholarship in Senegal, studying Wolof, and interned with the Andando Foundation, a community development organization in rural Senegal. She has prior experience interning at the Brookings Institution working on city-led leadership on the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as in the United States Agency for International Development Africa Bureau, working with the Young African Leaders Initiative. Olivia holds a BA in economics and journalism from the University of Richmond.
