
Patrycja Bazylczyk is a program manager and research associate with the Missile Defense Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Prior to joining CSIS, she worked at the Arnold A. Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. She holds an MA in international affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a BA in government from Dartmouth College.
