Phillip Meylan is the director of publications with the Office of External Relations at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where he leads the center’s production of written analysis across a range of mediums. He also works as an affiliate researcher with FP Analytics, the research and advisory division of Foreign Policy magazine, writing high-level briefs for policymakers on topics such as climate change, health, and sustainable development. He holds an MSc in comparative politics from the London School of Economics and a BA in political science and sustainability studies from the University of Florida.
