Terry Wyer is an executive-level professional with global public and private sector experience in investment fund development, capital raising, project financing, and technical support for development impact. Terry has significant managerial and operations experience over the past 25 years of working in both a public and private sector context. His strengths are in using a market system approach to private sector development, public-private partnerships, strategy development, operational management, change and improvement management, business development, fundraising, deal origination, and client and investor relationship management. Terry has a proven ability to manage outcomes diplomatically and effectively work with all levels of international and local business and government leaders. Terry has extensive senior-level networks across U.S. government agencies in Washington, including at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, United States Agency for International Development, Department of Commerce, Department of State, and other agencies across both the public and private sector. He is also is experienced with the policies and aid delivery of non-U.S. government agencies, including the World Bank Group, European Union, international development finance institutions, and regional development banks.
