The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) hosted an event with keynote speaker Vice Admiral Bernard J. "Barry" McCullough, III, Commander, U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/Commander, U.S. 10th Fleet.

VADM McCullough will discussed the following issues:

  • Establishment of the Navy Fleet Cyber Command and the re-establishment of the U.S. 10th Fleet
  • The importance of network operations and security in today's society 
  • The Navy's approach to cyber security
