Reforming the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution Process

Please join the International Security Program for a virtual panel on the reforms to the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) process. The Commission on PPBE Reform, established in the FY 2022 National Defense Authorization Act, will soon release its final report. Mark F. Cancian, senior advisor in the International Security Program at CSIS, will lead a moderated discussion with Thomas Spoehr, senior advisor at CSIS, John G. Ferrari, nonresident senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, Bob Hale, senior fellow at CSIS and chair of the Commission; and Lara Sayer, the Commission's executive director on the effectiveness of the PPBE process.
