Anna M. Dowd is an adjunct fellow (non-resident) with the Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C. She previously served at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the European Union Institute for Security Studies, the European Defence Agency, and the Polish Ministry of Defence.
