Chris Levinson is a television writer and showrunner. Chris rose through the ranks on such iconic shows as Party of Five, Dawson’s Creek, and Charmed. Her love of crime drama brought her to Law & Order, where she penned an Emmy-nominated episode and produced a pilot with Dick Wolf, starring Brian Cox. She ran the room and set on over a dozen shows, including Touch, Lone Star, and Tyrant. She shot two more pilots, one starring Oscar winner Melissa Leo, the other Latin American star Alfonso Herrera. While in overall deals with Fox Studios, NBC, and Paramount, Chris has sold projects to FX, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount+, NBC, Showtime, USA, and FOX. She is currently writing a pilot for Amazon. Chris has worked with the CIA and the New America Foundation to establish ties between showrunners and the agency’s cybersecurity experts. Chris studied English at Stanford University and at St. Catherine’s College, University of Oxford. She lives in Los Angeles with her novelist husband Antoine and their two kids.
