The Alliance convenes an esteemed group of senior leaders and subject matter experts to advance a forward-leaning agenda for U.S. global health security strategy, focused on integration of effort, enhanced global coordination, and building new partnerships and alliances that advance U.S. diplomacy (ongoing).

The Commission drove discourse and developed concrete, pragmatic action agendas for U.S. health security policy in the Covid-19 era (2018-2022).

The GHPC and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine’s Vaccine Confidence Project™ convened a panel of experts to address the urgent issues of vaccine hesitancy, misinformation, and national security in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis (2020-2021).

The Task Force brought together a distinguished and diverse group of opinion leaders to chart a bold vision for the future of U.S. leadership to support the health of women and families around the world (2015-2017).

The Commission developed actionable recommendations for a long-term, strategic U.S. approach to global health (2009-2010).

The task force—as the precursor to the Global Health Policy Center—sought to build bipartisan consensus on critical U.S. policy initiatives and to emphasize to senior U.S. policymakers, opinion leaders, and the corporate sector the centrality of U.S. leadership in strengthening country-level capacities to enhance prevention, care, and treatment of HIV/AIDS (2001-2008).
