The U.S.-Japan Security Seminar
A premier forum for intellectual exchange on prevailing themes in U.S.-Japan relations
For three decades, this event has played an important role in facilitating dialogue aimed at strengthening the U.S.-Japan Alliance, bringing together experts and officials from both nations for a private, candid exchange of views on priorities for cooperation, followed by a public event highlighting key themes.
The CSIS Japan Chair has been delighted to host the seminar since 2015 in collaboration with the Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA). All public event recordings can be found on this page.
Support line: This event is made possible with support from the Government of Japan.
