Colonel Chuck Anklam

Colonel Chuck Anklam is a Marine Corps infantry officer who has commanded at the platoon, company, and battalion level and served in all three Operational Marine Expeditionary Forces. He served in numerous command and staff assignments and participated in four combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He currently serves as the Director, Wargaming Division, Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory, Futures Directorate Combat Development and Integration. Among his staff billets, Colonel Anklam served as Speechwriter to the 37th Commandant of the Marine Corps where he was responsible for the research, refinement, drafting, coordinating, and debriefing of all written and spoken correspondence for the Marine Corps Service Chief, the Commandant of the Marine Corps. This duty required a thorough and detailed understanding of the National Security and political interests of the Department of Defense and the United States Government to ensure all communicated content was consistent with Service and Department of Defense Policies. Colonel Anklam also served as the primary author of the annual Posture Statement to Congressional Defense Committees, where he frequently interacted with Congressional leadership and Department of Defense thought leaders, experts, and influencers within the National Capital Region. He also served as Strategist for the Joint Force Development Team, The Joint Staff, J-7, the Pentagon, and as a Deputy Program Manager, Adaptive Capabilities Office, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). As a member of the Joint Staff, he regularly coordinated with entities such as Sandia National Laboratories, Johns Hopkins, Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Laboratory, among others, to provide the Department of Defense with qualified opinions on matters of modeling, simulation, and wargaming, thereby facilitating direction and guidance on capability development. At DARPA he oversaw classified, analytical studies and partnered with numerous organizations including government, academia, and industry to support data-driven recommendations for the development of defense capabilities required to achieve national security objectives. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Strategic Studies Program and holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbus State University and a PhD from Purdue University’s Polytechnic Institute. He and his wife Angela have three children.

Jasminka Arguez

Jasminka Arguez works for the Corporate Strategy team at Bechtel Group, a 125-year old global engineering, construction and program management partner to industry and government, based in Reston, VA. In her role, she advises senior executives on market trends, competitors, macro risks and customer intelligence. She also drives enterprise strategy development, including evaluation of new operating regions, service offerings and opportunities for cross-portfolio collaboration. Prior to joining Bechtel in 2022, Jasminka was an infrastructure investor, working for the Bureau of Asset Management at the Office of the New York City Comptroller. Collectively, the Bureau of Asset Management manages approximately $242bn of pension fund assets on behalf of the teachers, police, fire, public school employees and public employees of the City of New York. In her role with the City of New York, Jaminka identified, reviewed and evaluated investment opportunities, including leading and managing external manager due diligence and co-investment opportunities. Prior to joining the Bureau of Asset Management at the City of New York, Jasminka was an investment banker at UBS where she advised global technology, media and telecommunication clients on a range of M&A and strategic financing matters. Jasminka began her career as an advisor to institutional investors, focusing on alternative investments. Jasminka holds a B.S in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a B.A. in International Relations from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. Jasminka lives in Reston, VA with her husband, two young children and cat adopted during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Michael Baird

Michael Baird concludes a 21-year career with the U.S. Air Force in July 2024 and will be utilizing his extensive operations, international security cooperation, and intelligence background as a global security and emerging critical technology expert with Virci Ventures providing go-to-market, business development strategy, and due diligence consulting to U.S. startups and venture capital firms focused on defense and dual-use technology who are seeking to access and operationalize lessons learned from the war in Ukraine. The first half of Mike’s career was as an F-16 and then U-28 pilot supporting operations in Afghanistan, Iraq, the Horn of Africa, and the Philippines, but in 2015 he transitioned to service as a Foreign Area Officer (FAO) following an Olmsted Fellowship in Lviv, Ukraine from 2013-2015 in which he studied Ukrainian and Eastern European history while experiencing first-hand the Maidan Revolution and subsequent initial Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2014. Mike has since served twice in the Defense Attaché Office (DAO) at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, and once at the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan in addition to an instructor role at the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Joint Military Attaché School and other international security cooperation roles within Secretary of the Air Forces International Affairs (SAF/IA), United States Air Forces Europe (USAFE), and European Command (EUCOM). Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and speaks both Ukrainian and Russian.

Heath Bumgardner


Heath Bumgardner is the Vice President for Government Operations for PsiQuantum, a quantum computing company with the mission to build and deploy the first useful quantum computers. In this role, he focuses on helping to shape public policy and federal funding outcomes that accelerate this mission, engaging with both the Executive Branch and U.S. Congress. Before joining PsiQuantum, he was an executive with The Boeing Company for more than 15 years, serving roles in International Operations, and Federal Legislative Affairs. Those roles focused on advocacy with U.S. Government partners, including the White House, State and Commerce Departments, and relevant congressional committees, and the diplomatic community within Washington, D.C. Before joining Boeing, Mr. Bumgardner was the Deputy Legislative Director and Military Legislative Assistant for Congressman Jim Moran, a senior Member of the House Appropriations Committee and the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee, from 2004 through 2009. Mr. Bumgardner earned his Juris Doctorate from George Mason University School of Law and is a Member of the Maryland Bar Association. His undergraduate degree is from Wake Forest University. Mr. Bumgardner has two children with his wife Allison, and they live in Arlington, Virginia.

Yvette Cesario

Yvette Cesario currently serves as a Director for National Security at Amazon Web Services. Ms. Cesario has supported the National Security community for over 15 years, prioritizing the National Security community’s mission needs and innovation at various technology companies. Prior to AWS, Ms. Cesario supported the U.S. Intelligence Community at Cisco Systems for 7 years. Following her time at Cisco, she joined AWS as a founding member of the AWS National Security team and has supported the Intelligence Community and defense industrial base’s adoption of commercial cloud services since 2014. Ms. Cesario continues to push for mission relevant innovation, sponsoring work in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Quantum and Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC), and agile ground infrastructure, ensuring AWS continues to support the National Security Community’s next generation resilient architectures. Ms. Cesario currently serves as the executive sponsor of the Women in National Security (WIN) at AWS. Ms. Cesario is a graduate of Rice University, where she competed on the Rice Volleyball team and served as team captain. She holds a double B.A. in Economics and Managerial Studies. She currently resides in Virginia with her husband and four children.

Heather Fischer

Heather Fischer currently serves on the Thomson Reuters Special Services Executive Leadership Team, informing its work on the intersection of national security and human rights crimes, including human trafficking and child exploitation. Additionally, she leads the company’s strategy to promote Women, Peace, and Security. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters Special Services, Fischer most recently served as the U.S. Government’s White House special advisor for human trafficking. In her capacity as the Human Trafficking Czar, she coordinated the Executive Office of the President and the 20 federal agencies on the President’s Interagency Task Force to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons. Previously, Fischer also served as special advisor to the Ambassador-at-Large to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons at the U.S. State Department. Before her government roles, Fischer held advisory roles at the McCain Institute for International Leadership at Arizona State University and at Love146, a global nonprofit dedicated to combating child sex trafficking and exploitation. Today, Fischer is an advisor to the United Nations Order of Malta and the Women in Federal Law Enforcement Foundation (WIFLE). She is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, an Executive Committee member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police Juvenile Justice and Child Protection Committee and serves as the board chairperson of the Freedom Collaborative. Fischer was selected to participate in the 2024 CSIS Strategy and Statecraft Fellowship and is also a recipient of the prestigious Eisenhower USA Fellowship. She is currently a candidate in the Executive Master of International Relations program at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, DC. Fischer holds a bachelor’s in psychology from Liberty University.

Caitlin Kennel

Caitlin Kennel serves as an Associate Vice President at The Cohen Group where she holds leadership positions within the firm’s semiconductor, critical minerals, and Latin America practices. Prior to joining The Cohen Group, Ms. Kennel served for more than a decade at the State Department and the National Security Council. She most recently worked in the State Department’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs where she was responsible for overseeing Western Hemisphere-wide counternarcotics, rule of law, citizen security, and anticorruption programs. During her tenure at the Department of State, Ms. Kennel held numerous positions focused on Latin America, including working in the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs on migration and anticorruption issues and in the Bureau of Intelligence and Research. At the National Security Council, she served as the Director for North America, responsible for the development and implementation of Administration’s high-level engagement, culminating in the 2016 North American Leaders’ Summit in Ottawa. Caitlin graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University with a B.S. in International Studies and holds an M.A. in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University.

Caitlin Lee

Caitlin Lee is the director of the Acquisition and Technology Policy Program (ATP), part of the RAND National Security Research Division (NSRD). She is a political scientist with a research focus on innovation, force planning, emerging technology and organizational culture. In her previous role at the Mitchell Institute, she stood up the Center for UAV and Autonomy Studies. Before Mitchell, she held several management and research leadership positions at RAND, including Associate Director of NSRD's Acquisition and Technology Policy program and Acting Associate Director of the Strategy and Doctrine program in RAND Project AIR FORCE. Earlier in her career, Lee was the senior aviation reporter of the Americas Bureau of Jane's Information Group, where she covered military technology, budget, acquisition and strategy issues inside the Pentagon and at airbases worldwide, including Kabul, Kandahar and Bagram airfields in Afghanistan. She has a Ph.D. in War Studies from King's College in London and an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University. She graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University.

Yong Suk Lee

Yong Suk Lee is the Director of Global Risk Analysis for Google’s Global Security & Resilience Services. Mr. Lee leads analytic teams based in Bangalore, Dubai, London, New York, São Paulo, Singapore, Washington DC, and Zurich. He is currently a Visiting Scholar, Hoover Institution, Stanford University; Senior Fellow for Asia, Foreign Policy Research Institute; Fellow, National Security Institute, George Mason University; and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Before joining Google, Mr. Lee served for 22 years in various senior leadership positions with the Central Intelligence Agency as a member of the Senior Intelligence Service. His key assignments included service as the Deputy Assistant Director of CIA for the Korea Mission Center, Chief of the Korea Department, and as a Briefer on the President’s Daily Briefing staff. Mr. Lee joined the CIA in 1997 as an analyst. He has a BA from the University of Colorado and an MA from Ohio University.

Joel Mentor

Joel Mentor is the lead for the Executive Protection Intelligence and LATAM Regional Intelligence programs on J.P. Morgan Chase's Global Intelligence team. In these roles, his team is responsible for tracking threats made against the firm's executive staff and security and geopolitical intelligence to support the firm's operations in Latin America. He also hosts a monthly cross-functional call where various teams from across the bank discuss different geopolitical issues that are of strategic importance for the firm. Prior to his tenure at JP Morgan Chase, he worked in geopolitical intelligence at Barclays and also as a defense contractor at BAE Systems, where he supported two U.S. intelligence organizations. Joel has also worked as an adjunct professor at CCNY's Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership. Joel graduated from LIU with a BA in Political Science and from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service with an MA in International Security Affairs. He previously was a Council on Foreign Relations Term Member (2015-2020). A Brooklyn, NY native, he has an interest in military and naval history and true crime stories.

Will Metts

Will Metts is the CEO and founder of Metts Consulting Enterprise LLC. In this role, Mr. Metts has executive responsibility for the strategic growth of client organizations across Domestic and International Public Sectors, with subject matter expertise in Strategy and Operations, Cyber, AI, Cloud Computing, as well as mission enabling solutions supporting domestic and international customers. Mr. Metts established this company following a 30-year career in the United States Navy, retiring with the rank of Rear Admiral, 4 years as Director of Strategy for Northrop Grumman Corporation’s Mission Systems Sector and 4 years as a National Security/DoD Leader within Amazon Web Services. His organization provides extensive strategic and operational Department of Defense, Cyberspace Operations, Cyber Security and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance expertise to Defense Industrial Base and Government Clients. He held key flag officer and operational assignments, most recently as Director for Intelligence, United States Indo-Pacific Command. Previously, he served as Deputy Director of Tailored Access Operations, National Security Agency and Director for Intelligence, United States Cyber Command. Earlier in his naval career he served as a Surface Warfare officer onboard naval combatants and as an Information warfare officer assigned to Commander, Carrier Strike Group Two onboard USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). Mr. Metts earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering technology from Savannah State University and master’s degrees in command, control, communications, computers and intelligence and national security studies and strategic planning from the Naval Post Graduate School and the Naval War College, respectively. He also completed the Harvard University Senior Executive Fellows Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government and is a current Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Strategy and Statecraft Fellow. Will is an advisory board member for George Mason University’s C5I Center, Advisory Board and Executive Committee member for the Fort Meade Alliance, Technical Advisory Board Member for Maryland’s Technology Advancement Center (TAC), and a Board Member for Cornerstones: Stability, Empowerment and Hope.

Michael Ortiz

Michael Ortiz is Vice President of Policy at Sequoia Capital, where he works with investors, founders and companies on emerging technology policy and regulatory issues in the U.S. and Europe. He previously worked at Roivant, a unicorn parent company of biotechnology and technology companies. Mr. Ortiz served on the Biden-Harris Presidential Transition Team, where he was a member of the National Security Council (NSC) Agency Review Team as well as confirmation navigator for the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency and the Deputy Secretary of Defense. From 2009-2017, he held senior positions at the White House, NSC, and U.S. Department of State. He served as Deputy Counterterrorism Coordinator at the State Department, and as Senior Advisor to the National Security Advisor at the White House. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ortiz worked on President Obama’s top legislative initiatives at the White House and the NSC. He also served on the Obama-Biden Presidential Transition Team and was an aide to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Senator Barack Obama. Mr. Ortiz is a member of the Atlantic Council's Counterterrorism Study Group, the Stanford in Washington National Advisory Council, and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) Corporate Program. He has participated in the National Security Action Executive Leadership Program, the Term Member Program at CFR, the Aspen Institute Socrates Program, and the Milken Institute Associates Program. Mr. Ortiz graduated with honors from Stanford University.

Sarah Ostrowski

Sarah Ostrowski is the Senior Manager of Global Intelligence and Threat Analysis at The Walt Disney Company, where she leads a team of analysts who provide actionable insights into geopolitical developments to inform risk-based business decisions. She joined The Walt Disney Company in 2021 after serving as an Intelligence Officer with the U.S. Army's Special Operations Command, supporting operations across Asia and the Middle East. Beyond her role at Disney, Sarah is the Private Sector Chair for the Pan-Asia Regional Council of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), enhancing the safety and operational resilience of US organizations abroad. She holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southern Illinois University.

Tim Pappa

Tim Pappa is an Incident Response Engineer – Cyber Deception Strategy, Content Development, and Marketing, at Walmart Global Tech, where he designs and applies cyber deception theory in response to global cybercriminal threats to the largest omni retailer platform in the world.  Previously, he was a Supervisory Special Agent and profiler with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU), where he specialized in applying cyber behavioral analysis to cyber deception and online influence. Tim helped establish BAU’s Deception and Influence Group (DIG), where he pioneered the creation and application of content against cybercriminals and nation state hackers. Tim has held several roles in joint intelligence environments, including at the Defense Intelligence Agency and Central Intelligence Agency. Tim studied journalism at the Ohio University E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, as well as communication and online influence at Ohio University and National Intelligence University. Prior to joining the Intelligence Community, he conducted ethnographic field work in Indonesia, living in Islamic boarding schools and shadowing progressive Muslim proselytizing networks. Tim is a cyber deception theorist and practitioner, speaking at conferences on cyber warfare and publishing in journals such as Journal of Information Warfare and American Intelligence Journal. Tim has continued to make behaviorally based documentary content on cold case homicides and hackers.

Kerri Reyer

Kerri Reyer is currently the Director of Plastics and Product Life Cycle, Corporate Strategic Planning, Exxon Mobil Corporation. In this position she is responsible for managing ExxonMobil’s strategy, position, and advocacy activities for all aspects of the plastics life cycle. Kerri has been with ExxonMobil for 25 years and has held a wide variety of positions of increasing responsibility in fuels and chemicals business lines in the U.S. and Singapore, as well as several leadership roles in manufacturing operations. Before moving to her current role in Corporate Strategic Planning in 2023, Kerri was the Plant Manager of the Mont Belvieu, TX Plastics Plant, ExxonMobil’s largest plastics manufacturing facility. Kerri holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from George Washington University. Outside of work, Kerri enjoys spending time with her family, including her two active school-age boys, and loves to travel to beach destinations.

Ana Robic

Ana Robic is Division President of Chubb’s personal insurance business in North America. She has executive operating responsibility for the property and casualty insurance business that serves affluent and high net worth clients in the U.S. and Canada. Personal Risk Services is a $6.7B Gross Written Premium division that includes 1500 staff working across 48 branches in North America. Ms. Robic’s responsibilities include the profitability and growth of the business, strategy, product development and portfolio management. Ms. Robic has 25 years of insurance experience in personal and commercial underwriting and management. Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Personal Risk Services. She has also served as Executive Vice President, National Commercial Insurance Leader for Canada. She has held various roles of increasing responsibility across multiple commercial lines of business and industry segments. Ms. Robic joined the Chubb Corporation in 1999. She holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Queen's University at Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Ana lives in Summit, New Jersey with her husband and two teenage daughters.

Paul Rogers

Paul Rogers is the director of Strategy and Analysis within the Corporate Strategy and Development group at Northrop Grumman, having joined the company in 2020. In this role he directly supports the senior leadership team by leading the company’s forecasts of customer budgets and funding priorities, conducting assessments of the broader geopolitical environment, providing in-depth competitive analyses, and contributing to development of the company’s internal financial plans. In addition to working with the senior leadership team he also works closely with other groups across the company, including the business sector strategy teams, the investor relations group, and the financial planning and analysis organization. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, from 2010 to 2020 he was a member of the Corporate Strategy organization at Raytheon Technologies, where he led development of domestic and international market forecasts and contributed to the development of company-wide strategies and other special projects. From 2008 to 2010 he was a member of the Strategy team at Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson, Arizona, where he developed experience in competitive intelligence and market analysis. He holds a M.A. degree in Economics with a focus on game theory from the University of Arizona and a B.S. in Economics and History from Carnegie Mellon University. He currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and daughter.

Michael Stransky

Michael Stransky is a Senior Director for Government Relations in the Washington, DC office of GE Aerospace. After five years with Corporate, he joined the business unit, which then became its own stand-alone company and is the legacy successor of the General Electric Company. He previously served as a Policy Counsel in a Senate leadership office covering national security issues. Prior to that position, he served as Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General for national security issues, and as an Intelligence Professional on the President’s Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD Commission). He has also supported the Department of Energy Russian Nuclear Materials Security Task Force, and was an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn, and Crutcher. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from the Georgetown University Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School.

Liam Toomey

Liam Toomey leads the Asia Pacific Geopolitical Risk Analysis for Chevron. He advises executives across all aspects of the business on the implications of regional political, economic, and security developments, including through sophisticated assessments, briefings, and scenario planning. He previously served as a Foreign Service Officer, intelligence officer, and speechwriter in the U.S. government. At the U.S. Department of State, he led dynamic coverage of the Asia Pacific region from Washington and in postings at U.S. Consulate Hong Kong and U.S. Embassy Hanoi, tackling complex and high-impact political, economic, and security issues to advance U.S. interests, identify risks, and anticipate crises. At the Central Intelligence Agency, he performed in-depth all-source analysis on East Asia foreign relations, politics, and security dynamics, advising senior government and military leaders and winning numerous awards for leadership and analytic quality. From 2004-2008, he served in writing and speechwriting roles at the White House, U.S. Embassy Tokyo, and the U.S. Department of Education. He earned an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University and a B.A. in English from the College of the Holy Cross.

Lieutenant Colonel Matt Visnovsky

Lieutenant Colonel Matt Visnovsky is currently serving on the Joint Staff within the National Military Command Center of the Pentagon. In this capacity, he assists the Deputy Director of Operations in coordinating intelligence, operations, and nuclear command and control activities. He plays a crucial role in interpreting the global strategic landscape, rapidly disseminating information to strategic leaders, and directing immediate U.S. military responses as necessary. His military service spans 16 years – eight years overseas – and includes deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and across Europe. Before his assignment at the Pentagon, he commanded the headquarters company of the U.S. Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command. As a Special Forces officer, he commanded a Special Forces team focused on Eastern Europe, served as the executive officer of the USEUCOM counterterrorism crisis response force, and worked as a joint planner at U.S. Special Operations Command Europe. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Studies in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, and a Master of Arts in Public Leadership from the University of San Francisco. He currently resides in Arlington, VA, with his wife and two children.

John Wagner

John Wagner is Vice President for Strategy and Business Development at Sierra Space. Prior to joining Sierra Space, John led space payload systems development as the Executive Director for ISR and Advanced Programs at Raytheon and was the Vice President of National Security Space at Sierra Nevada Corporation. John has over thirty years of experience leading space programs, global mission operations, engineering, and program execution for National Security space missions. John led award-winning space units while serving in the U.S. Air Force, including the 45th Launch Support Squadron in Cape Canaveral, Florida, the Joint Space Operations Center and 614th Air and Space Operations Center in Lompoc, California and the 460th Space Wing in Aurora, Colorado. John also has an extensive background in national security and defense strategy, joint force design, campaign and contingency planning, and wargaming strategic force options as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff’s Strategic Planner for Iran, the Air Force Chief of Staff’s Chair at the National Defense University Dwight D. Eisenhower School, and in developing the Schriever Space Wargame Series. John graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in Astronautical Engineering and holds graduate degrees from the Air Force Institute of Technology, Bowie State University/University of Maryland-Europe, the Air Command and Staff College, the School of Advanced Air & Space Studies and the National War College. John lives in Alexandria with his wife.

Henry Yep

Henry Yep is a China specialist with nearly 18 years at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). He is currently a Deputy Defense Intelligence Officer for China responsible for orchestrating DIA support to the Secretary of Defense on China-related initiatives, engaging foreign partners and academia, and providing expertise to wargames. He was selected to attend the Marine War College for the 2024-2025 academic year. Previously, Henry was a DIA senior intelligence analyst that mentored and coached teams responsible for delivering analysis on Indo-Pacific security issues. In 2017, he advised a United States Senator on Asia-Pacific matters as part of the Brookings Legis Fellow program before serving as a congressional liaison for DIA. As an intelligence analyst, Henry provided analysis to the top tiers of the U.S. and allied governments and received the National Intelligence Professional Award from the Director of National Intelligence. Henry’s education includes master’s degrees from the National Intelligence University and Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. His other professional development experiences include completing a Certificate in Public Leadership from Brookings Executive Education, the Command and General Staff Officer Course at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and the Executive Leadership Program at Graduate School USA. Outside of work, Henry is a member of a professional volunteer wilderness search and rescue team that supports Virginia and regional state and local authorities in searches of missing people. Henry and his wife, Shari, are proud parents of two children.
