CSIS values its employees and their overall health. We want to ensure that employees take time off. We provide employees with ample vacation time. Employees who take vacation demonstrate improved productivity and better mental health. 

  • Minimum 3 weeks paid vacation  

  • 12 days of sick leave per year 

  • 1 personal day per year 

  • 10 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays (CSIS follows the United States federal government holiday calendar)
