Edward C. Chow
Edward C. Chow is an international energy expert with 45 years of industry experience. He worked in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, Europe, Russia, Caspian and Black Sea regions. He developed government policy and business strategy, while advising governments, international financial institutions, major oil companies, and leading multinational corporations. He negotiated successfully multibillion-dollar business ventures and specializes in oil and gas investments in emerging markets. Chow spent 20 years with Chevron Corporation in U.S. and overseas assignments, including as head of international external affairs and country manager in China. He is a non-resident senior associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C. He has taught at Georgetown and George Washington universities. He is a graduate of Ohio University and is a trustee on its foundation board.
